📦 1. Eligibility for Return

  • The book you received is damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.

  • You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The book is unused, unmarked, and in its original packaging.

 

🔁 2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Books that have been used, written on, or handled improperly.

  • Books purchased under discounts, sales, or promotional offers, unless they are damaged or incorrect.

  • Personalized or special-order items.

 

🚚 3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support via Facebook, email, or phone within 3 days.

  2. Provide your order number, book title, and a photo of the issue.

  3. Our team will verify and guide you through the return procedure.

  4. Once approved, please send the item to the provided return address.

 

💰 4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued only after we receive and inspect the returned item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method or mobile banking.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, etc.).

 

⚠️ 5. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged book), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • For other reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

 

🕒 6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, cancellation or refund is not possible unless the item meets the return conditions above.
